Dottie is a pretty little chocolate mare pony. She's 42 inches tall and 9 years old. She's sweet and gentle, and easy to handle. This mare is an excellent lead-line pony, but she also rides out well. Dottie doesn't neck rein, but she follows her face, and goes where she's asked without balking. She'll back up, and she has a good stop. She would make a perfect little gaming or playday pony for your small child, as she has a quick little trot, and she'll turn on a little run for a child who knows how to ask for it, yet remains 100% controllable. She's also a nice trail pony, as she is not spooky, and has an even temperament. She's perfectly content to just walk as long as you want her to. Though she's small she'll park out if asked, and she stands patiently for tacking and mounting. Dottie is an ideal pony for a child who currently needs lead-line but will be wanting to ride on their own soon, or an entire family of young children.
