Caper's Skye Dancer, (AKA Dancer), is a beautiful double registered SSHBEA and NSSHA black and white tobiano mare. She is 4 years old, 15 hands, and would make a perfect show model, trail, 4H project horse, and/or broodmare. She has bloodlines of a champion which is her sire, Caper's Delight, who won 2x World Grand Champion in model classes. Dancer has shown and placed 2nd at the SSHBEA Fall Model Show and 3rd at the 28th World Champion NSSHA Model Show. Her dam is Hy In The Skye. Dancer was also owned and raised by one owner prior to myself.

Dancer is green broke and has had extensive professional trail training in TN and is currently receiving professional arena training here is PA. She has such smooth gaits that is really enjoyable and she will canter if asked to.
Dancer is an easy keeper, is sound, sane, no health issues, and has no vices. She can go with or without shoes. She will greet you at the gate, so she is easy to catch. Once caught and haltered, she will lead nicely, ties with one lead line or she will cross-tie. She loves to be groomed, tacks without a problem, and will park out on command. She will pick up her feet to be cleaned, and doesn't mind to be bathed or clipped.
Dancer will stand still to mount, but I usually use a mounting block. She will load in a trailer easilly, and is quiet during the trip. She is good in the arena, and is excellent on the trails with really no spook and will lead, be in the middle, or at the end of a group trail ride. She has a really nice smooth running walk... We rode her through Blue Marsh Lake and the Appalachians Mountains. She won't buck, rear, or balt just to catch up with others. She waits for your command.
She is traffic/road safe, doesn't mind kids on her, beginners, advanced, or experienced. She also doesn't mind dogs, bikers, hikers, and is exposed to loud noises. We live next to the Army training center and constantly hears helicopters, shooting, bomb simulators, and noisy cycles/bikes. She has a sweet loving personality! She just needs more miles and some training put on her and I don't have the time right now...because I have a toddler that requires a lot of my time!!
She is also up to date on her shots, deworming, and dentisty work. She will stand quiet for the vet, farrier, and dentist.
