Dan is a Percheron Cross that is as gentle as they come. He has worked as a driving horse, a trail horse, and a lesson horse. He has developed arthritis in his front feet that limit the amount of work he can do. He can easily be ridden occasionally for a light walk on a trail or in a field. If his arthritis flairs up, he shifts his weight back and forth or will lay down more than usual. Flare ups usually last only a day. He is very affectionate and loves to be groomed and scratched. Dan will be your new best friend and provide you with lots of love and joy! The $75 is an adoption fee to ensure that he goes to a good home.
