This is a super nice cutter in great condition. Made by Felipe Sanchez, who worked for Billy Cook prior to opening his own saddlery. Handmade with top of the line leather and attention to detail! The tooling is intricate and beautiful. It has a 16 inch seat and a full Quarter Horse tree. Sits great on all horses that I have thrown it up on! Even the wide backed, mutton withered type.
