Clint Gibson (Don King) WY custom ranch 15

Handmade in USA roughout ranch saddle. This saddle was made by Clint Gibson (Big Horn, WY), the same one who works for Don King Ropes (http://www.kingropes.com/) of Sheridan, WY. The stamp on the back says Clint Gibson, Big Horn, WY. Big Horn is not far from Sheridan.

6.75" gullet at the top edge, FQHB tree. Bullhide covered tree, and I believe the style is modified Association.

15" tree, and the finished seat measures a little less, but there's no padding taking up space. I'd call it a 15". 15" slick seat is like a 15.5" - 16" padded seat. Without a padded seat, the seat will feel 1/2" to 1" bigger than a padded seat on the same tree.

seat: 15"

cantle: 4.25" finished height / 5" bare tree

skirt measurement -- 27 long x 14" drop. Could be 1/4" more in either direction. I didn't have a lot of room to get to it and measure.

swell measurement -- 14"

weight -- about 40# - 45#

There is nothing "lite" about this saddle. It has full thickness roughout hides and bullhide tree and heavy duty construction to be used as a working cowboy saddle. It is a big heavy saddle. It's built as well as any other bench made ranch saddle.

It hasn't been ridden much. The fenders and stirrup leathers are standard, i.e nothing is customized for either tall or short rider, and stirrup leathers have not been cut.
