this is a class c motor home that has been used barely 2 times a year. we used it to pull the bumper pull we have listed for sale a couple times and it pulled nicely. It is in excellent shape has the queen bed in the back and a huge bathroom. It has a pull out couch and a full over the drivers seat. the dinette also folds down to a bed as well. has a propane generator big fridge and full cooking area. we are selling due to lack of use. the brand is NOT a monarch it is a Dutchman ( which was not listed) It is a steal at this price it also has les then 12,000 miles
