I have a Dark bay almost black gelding that I believe to be a rocky mountain horse. I haven't had him long but he is too much of a horse for me as I just had a baby and currently have two others one being a yearling turning two so I have my work cut out for me. Im looking to get what I have into him of close too it and am asking $400 for him. He just had his hooves trimmed and dewormed two weeks ago. He has scars on his back legs but the farrier says there is no damage anywhere in the hoof or legs where the scars are. He is 100% sound. He does put his ears back when being saddled. He sometimes turns his head as well but never bites. He does not kick either. He has been rode five times since I have owned him and he did great other then one small bunny hop when he was kicked too close to the flanks as he is ticklish. Just looking for a good home for him. He IS GAITED...Pictures upon request. He stands at 55 inches. He does great for the farrier as well. He is an extremely easy keeper and doesn't require grain, though he still gets it so he's probably a little overweight. Any questions feel free to ask away. My only wish is this horse goes to a good home as I don't know his story but he has come along way since I have had him. He is also low man on the pecking order as well. Can be rode western or english. Rides bareback as well.
