*Only 2 horses per grassy pasture, turned out daily

*Water troughs/buckets cleaned regularly

*No community grain feeding's, horses fed twice a day, on schedule

*Squared baled Coastal Bermuda hay

*Roomy 12' X 12' box stalls bedded with pine shaving's, cleaned daily

*Scheduled Farrier every 8 weeks/Vet visits for twice yearly shots

*Every 8 week worming rotation

*Locked front gates/tack rooms after dark

Barn hours: 7:00am - 9:00pm
