This horse has more spirit as a 19 year old than most 10 year old horses. I have had him for 13 years and he has never been lame or even sick. He is up to date on his shots, and gets shod every 8 weeks like clockwork. He does need an experienced rider for he can be stubborn and will try to pull certain moves. My 10 year old daughter has a desire to ride and he is absolutely not a horse for a young rider or a beginning rider. I have ridden him all over the Bay Area, mountains, through water,and he loves the beach. He trailers excellent and bathes and clips with no problem. Again don't let the fact he is 19 let him pass by. He is beautiful and loves to be around people. He has more endurance than any horse I have every had. I am only selling him because my daughter needs a calmer horse and he is just not that kind of horse.
