Lucy - is a wonderful mare! I bought her just a short year ago, but I am back in school now to finish my bachelors degree and I just don't have the time to give her. This mare was a diamond in the ruff for sure. She was my project mare. When I first brought her home, she had no patience and no idea what I wanted from her. She didn't even know what whoa meant. I brought her home in June, by the time September hit she had done a complete 180. Lucy, in just four short months, went from a horse that didn't know how to walk next to you without stepping on you to a horse that absolutely blow my mind. She now, walks over poles, does a 360 inside a box, walks over bridges, bareback rides, goes through a complete showmanship pattern, stands in one place until you say come, stands for farrier, bathes, clips and loads in trailer nicely. I have been showing AQHA horses since I was 6 years old and I have never had a horse with a disposition like hers. This is really one in a million, as hard as it is to part with her, she will be an amazing addition to any family! She is fine alone or with a herd. She has been broke to ride, has been bareback rode the last few months. Im sure it would take a month and she will be considered completely broke. A very kind and sweet mare!! With a mind like hers, she would make a perfect broodmare!! She will also come with a fly sheet and a Pro Equine winter blanket!
