Large, Gorgeous Setting!!

The pictures are just a random collection from what I have taken over the years. This gorgeous farm is just being used for our horses currently, we were going to build a house on it but we decided to buy my grandfathers old house and the horses will be moved after the farm sells. There is running water with 360 feet frontage, the barn sits back another 300 feet or so. The barn is 1924 sq ft and the lean-to's on both sides (10 feet off of the barn). The barn was recently built and we built two very nice, sturdy stalls on the inside. the walls are thick and the horses cannot stand above them to kick eachother. The rest of the barn is open space. 1/2 a mile down the road is the new high school/middle school, South Warren, the largest HS in KY and about a mile down the road is Richpond elementary. This Is an outstanding place to be away from the neighbors, raise a family, and build the house of your dreams. The fencing on the property will be taken to our home after we sell.
