About the Horse: Journey is a 4 year old 17.1 hand Thoroughbred Mare. She has a very sweet temperament and loves attention and treats. She used to race and has only been off the track since June of last year. She is completely healthy, clean legs and ready to go in any direction. I have been doing Parelli with her and would like to continue that because it has worked very well for us. We have just been working on the basics and she can walk, trot, and canter. She would make a great equation, hunter/jumper, I just do not have the time I would like to give to her. I'm currently in school and very busy, so I would like someone to give her the time, and experience she needs right now. For someone looking for a beautiful sweet horse that can go anywhere she will be the perfect horse. Journey has no bad habits, easy to catch and is a great all around horse. This is for an ON SITE lease ONLY. There are great amenities where she is boarded. 160 acres, lighted arena, plenty of jumps, lots of trails, and a mini cross country course. Journey needs an intermediate to advanced rider only not for beginners.

ABOUT THE LEASE- If you want to get started in horses but do not want the full responsibility, this is your opportunity. $150 is for a half lease and includes 2 days a week or weekend of riding. You can use those 2 days however you like-riding, grooming, washing, etc. -- at our facility. We have a full fenced in arena with lights for your use. I make it easy for you; I take care of the feeding, vet bills, board, etc. You just come and have fun. I also offer a full lease for $250 which includes 5 days a week using it however you would like. Also, I do require boots with hard soles, and leasers to wear a helmet (I do have a helmet for your use). The facility is located in Canton, GA. The facility host different events and fun activities. It’s a very laid back place where people can come and have fun, and enjoy being with their horse. The facility has a fully lit arena and can accommodate lessons in the evening after dark.
