This saddle is a gorgeous, lightly used (under 50 hours on it) Down Under Dalby Poley Aussie saddle with horn. This is NOT one of the cheaper "Kimberly" line saddles. This is one of Down Under's signature collection and offers lots of quality for the buck.
I purchased this saddle new for over $1,200 last summer. Unfortunately, I was able to get in just a few (blissfully comfortable) rides before my horse sustained an injury which forces a permanent change in saddle style. I am very sad to sell it, but my loss could be your gain!
As the pictures show, this saddle is in pristine condition but for slight wear on the flaps from the stirrup leathers. It is an elegant brown/black leather combo with brass stirrups and fittings. The seat is nicely padded and suspended for comfort for the rider, and the padded fleece panels provide extra comfort for your horse.
Wide tree (see pic for tape measure)
17" seat (equates to approx 15" seat Western)
Length: approx. 23"
Weight: 24 - 25 lbs.
This price also includes the neoprene girth and $80 Premium saddle pad I purchased with it. The pad is black on black rectangular with ties, wool over 1/4" wool felt with fleece trim on edges.
