For Sale: Paducha Dancer - 4 year old bay and white pinto Friesian Sporthorse Mare 16 hands
A rare, fully papered Auxiliary Book pinto Friesian Sporthorse mare. Paducha Dancer earned her Elite Book status via inspection as a weanling, impressing the judges with her animated trot and quiet attitude she was easily able to be turned loose to show off then walked right back up to handler. She is capable of producing pinto Main Book Friesian Sporthorse offspring (when bred to appropriate stallions.)
Paducha Dancer is by the Elite Book Friesian Sporthorse FEI dressage stallion Lexington. Her sire is competing successfully at FEI Intermediare on the highly competitive Florida circuit, schooling Grand Prix as a 9YO, was the 2012 FSA High Performance National Champion, is the sire of three consecutive National Champion Friesian Sporthorses, and scored a '10' for Sporthorse Potential at his stallion testing. Her grandsire, the imported Friesian stallion Baron von Kolderveen, was the 10th highest ranked Friesian on USEF's list of Leading Dressage Sires for 2012.
Paducha Dancer carries some of the most sought after Oldenburg lines on her Dam's side. Her dam was a pinto Oldenburg/Tb with a stunning trot. Her dam's sire was Windwalker, a pinto Oldenburg/x stallion by Weltstern who was by Welt As. Her Grandsire is currently showing in the Amateur Jumpers while the rest of the Pedigree is known for FEI Dressage.
Paducha Dancer was professionally started under saddle. She was ground driven and ridden in the open field at a walk, trot, and canter. She has been handled daily and has had 2 feedings of grain daily and all the hay/pasture she wants. She is current on shots, worming and has had her hooves trimmed on a regular basis. She is very mellow in the field. Any one can walk up to her and catch her, non-aggressive to other horses.
Attached pictures and video were shot on 1/25/2013. We lunged her for 10 minutes and were easily able to step on and take her out to the open field to ride even after not being worked in months! Would make an excellent competition horse or super addition to a breeding program.
