Ellie is a pony that was sent to a slaughter pen but was too skinny so they were going to have her shot. AC4H rescued her. She saw a certified dentist who said she doesn't have back teeth to chew hay and her front teeth are nubs. With proper diet, she has regained her weight and is a gentle, babysitter type of pony. A little over 2 years after she was saved Ellie took 1st place at her first driving show. The judge said "Nice Pony!"
