Want the horse that can take you out to rope cows, endurance trial and then to the grand prix? Selective breeding to give an all round show and best friend horse. Cow sense and the flowing beauty the spanish bred horses provide. This guy has it all! He will be able to do it all !Very nice conformation, well balanced, easy to work with, smart and very pleasing to the eye too! I expect him to be colse to 16 hh if not taller, he is already taller than his brother who is a year older. He likes to play, balls, set stuff on his back, tarps, you name it and he will examine it with out spook and it becomes a new toy! This colt can go places, canter pirouette both directions, piaffe, passage, half pass and does a spnish walk (not a nice flamboyant one but he does it!) all on his own. He has not been trained for any of this. Just things that he does. With better rhythm than a lot of horses that are in level 2 dressage. Just think what he could do when he is of age to ride!He also free jumps with fair form. Dam consistantly goes over 3.5 in top form. Sire was schooling level 3 but is working cattle at this time.
I call him Mud because he likes to play in the mud and then paint things.....
He has just the right amount of heart and fire to make a grand champion and stallion prospect. He would really do well being trained in hand right now! Taught the cues for what he does on the long reins. Wonderful personality, would rather be with a person than other horses (Makes taking pictures a task!) On that note the pics do not do justice to this guy. Feel free to ask questions.
Last 2 pics are of dam and sire. THis colt will produce colored foals. Cremello, buckskin, palimino, smokey black. I belive the sire carries the pearl gene, what makes horses look metalic even when not brushed.
Sire has champion ships in english, western, trail and halter. Grand sire is ILHA champion in english, dressage and western.
I had really wanted to keep him but circumstances force sale. I will take less to a confirmed show home with my being able to have a few breeding rights. Asking $2500 but will take quite a bit less again to a show home.
I would love to keep him but I would rather see him go to some one who will show him.
Eligible for Azteca reg,(pending) FBH an spanish baroque reg, Pinto registy. OBO resonable offers will be considered. Sorry the pictures do not do this colt justice. Really hard to take pics of him. And camera is not very good either. There are three pics are of sire and of dam, sire is the dapple grey and dam is the cremello/perlino in the tall grass with the big behind...lol.She is a cremello/perlino APHA. Sire carries what some call the satin gene. Dont let this colt pass on, he is worth the investment! Willing to deliver any where in the US for the price of fuel and basics of food and lodging. Cheaper than a hauler.
