Gunner is the greatest horse I've ever known. He goes enlglish/western. HE CAN NOT JUMP! (his joints are bad) He should have front shoes, but they need to be extended, because it helps him on his front legs. Gunner is 24 years old this April. He is a great beginner horse. He can't buck, rear, or bolt, because he know's he'd hurt himself. He is a smart horse and will test adults, but is an angel for children. He may not be the best in a lesson program, because he gets sore. He has arthritis, navicular, and a small heart murmur. However, he still goes strong. We have him on a supplement called Bute-less. We give him twice the doses and he's feeling great. Gunner was trained western pleasure and reining. He is amazing. I really would like him to go to someone who has a child that wants a teaching horse. He is free to a good, forever home. Only a good home.
