Nissa was born onto our place last June 27 and has been a joy to watch mature and grow. She is a perfect blend of her large, powerful Friesian father and her strong but refined Arab mother. Niaas's sire, Zorro Sport is a Natl Dressage Champion and is accomplished at high levels of this discipline. He is 16.2 hands tall and weighs 1500 lbs with tons of mane, tail and feathering. Nissa's dam is a straight russian Arabian that we purchased from the Taylor Ranch of Utah, home of Aladdinn, Muscat, Nariadni, and Om El Banderas. We strive to raise foals with deep pedigrees that exhibit their quality in conformational correctness, amiable temperaments, and physical beauty as well as athletic ability. Nissa is an example of these breeding standards and we are excited to watch her develope into a talented companion for just the right person or family. She has very animated movement and is a talented dressage prospect with a neck that is long and beautifully hooked at her throatlatch. She has the large Arab eyes and refined head along with the Friesian substance,movement and hair-lots of it!. She has a great disposition and responds very well to training by learning quickly and enjoying time with people. She is a special filly!
