A gorgeous and very talented young Arab-Trakehner filly by Ras-Moniet. Her dam, Tokio, now deceased, was a daughter of the imported German stallion Troubadour. Troubadour, a son of the dressage stallion Flaneur, was approved at Neumünster in 1975, after which he stood at the Klosterhof Medingen until May of 1978 when he was imported the US by Edith Kosterka. He had a very successful dressage career and in 1988 he was the reserve horse for the Swiss Dressage Team at the Seoul Olympics. He stood at Ms. Kosterka's Trakehner Gestüt Wayne until her death in late 1995.
This young filly has the temperament suited for an amateur, and the gaits and trainability for a professional. She does everything you would expect a two year old to do- easy to catch, ties quietly, leads, stands for periods of time, loads and hauls quietly, stands for farrier/worming/shots, she stands for bathing, clipping and general grooming. She is good in a stall and mannerly in a turnout situation. Respectful of fencing. She wears sheets/blankets.
This is a well mannered, beautiful young lady who will be a lovely addition to a show barn and breeding program. TyAnne has all ground work done and is ready to back. She will begin training December 1st. Her price will increase accordingly.
