Bought Abby as a project to finish last Spring. We no longer have time for her due to owner being in school. She needs a home where she can pursue a career, not for a beginner as she is green under saddle and can be sensitive when she has been out of work. Possible low level dressage horse/pony club or 4H project for the more seasoned young rider looking for a little challenge. We left off with her training late summer. She was learning to give to the bit, bend, and become more sensitive to leg, seat, and hand aids. W/T/C both directions. Floaty trot. Loves people. Gets along well with other horses, bathes, good for farrier and vet. Lives around chickens, goats, dogs and cats. Can be a bit shy about new things. She needs the miles that no one has had time to put on her. Connects with her "person" so may not be desirable as a lesson horse. Has been out on small trails, etc. Would be a great project for winter for someone that has the time, and would be ready to show by Spring!
