APPENDIX QH FOR LEASE/RIDING LESSONS

I am wanting to lease out my 21 year old appendix mare. I am graduating in May, and don't know when I will be able to take her with me. I want her to be used and not just sitting. I am willing to start leasing NOW. She is a great mare that I can trust with any rider. My friend that had never ridden before rode her and she did great. She does all maneuvers for english and western riding. I can also ride her with just a neck rope. She has been used for a little bit of everything, and is an excellent trail horse. She is located in Olsburg, which is about 20 miles north of Manhattan. There is an arena, pasture, and miles of roads to ride on.
