Appaloosa Mare For Sale. Must Go! Price Reduced!

Lottie is a 5-year-old appaloosa mare. Frost pattern. 14.2hh.

Proven brood mare. Not registered.
No buck/rear/kick/bite. She's a young and sometimes spirited horse and I haven't ridden as frequently this past month, so she's gotten a bit barn sour and needs some tuning up, but nothing that couldn't be quickly and easily trained out with more frequent riding and consistency.
She's a sweet mare with good ground manners. Has even been led by children.
Intermediate rider. She needs a confident rider letting her know who's boss.
UTD on shots and coggins.
I love this horse, but I'm moving and am not in a position to keep her.
I also have her tack and brushes etc. that can go with her. Tack needs to be cleaned since it's been sitting in the tack room, but is in otherwise good condition.
Was asking $800 for Lottie, but reduced the price to $650 and tack is now included.
