If you are looking for an appaloosa stallion to take your breeding program to the next level, Jackpot is your boy. These pictures were taken of him pulled straight from the pasture-no conditioning and no sweating. He is an upright colt with a ton of neck and a beautiful head. He is varnishing on his sides and has large spots to his shoulders so will have an extended blanket. His spots are HUGE. He is leggy and refined. Does toe out slightly in back, but it does not effect his movement or general appearance (I am picky about legs and want to be upfront about flaws). He was straight up until this past winter when he had his growth spurt. I think he should straighten up with some more good farrier work and exercise, but no guarantees. Very likely homozygous for black and heterozygous agouti. 7 generations of black based leopard appaloosas top and bottom of his pedigree. His full brother this year is a loud black leopard.
