Sporty is a great thinking, correct, beautiful saddlebred gelding. He has been trail ridden in a wide variety of places and was great at every endeavor. He has the potential to be a showy saddleseat pleasure horse, but also excels at dressage and english flatwork. He has been jumped at around 2 ft. and has never refused. All of his gates are extremely smooth so he could also make a nice western pleasure horse. Truely a great thinker, I have given a beginner 8 year old and intermediate 12 year old lessons on him and he was a perfect gentlemen. He's consistent and comes out everyday to do his job. I really cannot say enough great things about this horse. He knows his leads, leg yields, and is close to a perfect counter canter. He is also experienced in natural horsemanship training. This horse truly loves to work. I bought Sporty in September and broke him to ride in January, so he is on an incredible track for the amount of experience he has. I bought him as a project horse to work with while I was in school. I've grown more attached to him than planned, though, and am reluctant to sell. MUST go to good long term home.
