12 ft. LQ, 8' Wide, Barely Used , 3-4 times a year

2007 Bison Stratus Express (Model 8312) 3 Horse slant Load with factory living quarters . Has 12ft. short wall. 8ft. wide, 7' 6'' tall, all aluminum . This trailer is in excellent condition, it is VERY CLEAN, it still has the new smell inside of it. It does not have any bad odors in it whatsoever. We are non smokers. The holding tanks are dumped and flushed out before we ever leave from a campground and again when we get home and I always keep chemicals in the tanks. The trailer is also cleaned up after every trip before it is put back in the shed. This is not your everyday used trailer, its used but not abused. We don't even wear our boots in the trailer, we take them off at the door. This trailer looks better in person than than the pictures do.This trailer has never been cooked in. The Cook top works great, we just always do our cooking outside. It has a two burner cook top, two way refrigerator/freezer, 6 gallon ( gas ) hot water heater, microwave, double stainless sink, am/fm/cd player with speakers inside & outside of trailer, A/C, Furnace heat ( thermostat controlled ), queen size mattress in nose, ( will hold a king ), dinette that makes into a bed, lots of cabinets and closets,toilet, shower, bathroom vanity with sink, medicine cabinet, linen closet, walk thru door to horse area, fresh water tank under dinette, three holding tanks, 15 ft. Awning, twin jack stands, two batteries, two propane tanks, hay rack with ladder, Feed mangers, outside storage compartments under the mangers, Collapsible rear tack with 3 tier saddle rack, bridle hooks and brush tray. Drop down windows on head side, slider windows on butt side, escape door, stud stall ,this trailer has always been kept under the shed, not out in the weather. We purchased the trailer new in 2007, asking 31,000.00 ( Neg ). I just put new tires on the trailer including the spare.
