The bathroom has a vanity and hammered copper sink, large corner shower, sky dome over shower, toilet, hanging closet and pass thru into the horse compartment

There is wood flooring throughout and soft touch walls and ceilings. There is great lighting features and it has night floor lighting -- A/C and propane furnace with thermostat


Horse comaprtment has a ramp over double rear doors, rear tack, 3 mangers and 1st stall has an escape door, pass thru in to the bathroom, drop down windows on the headside and sliding on the tailside, fully matted, lined, vents and padded dividers

Outside there are 2 under manager doors.
