I expect this foal to mature 15.3+hh and be a super sporthorse Araloosa with loud color. Both of the mare's parents were dun and the mare carries dun factor as well. She is homozygous for Lp and the foal is guaranteed to produce a characteristic Appy foal and given the patterns in her pedigree are likely to be large spots.
