Hardly Used LQ Trailer!

Hardly used 2006 Featherlite 4 horse slant with a 8 foot living quarters by Barn Buster Conversions. I bought this trailer in 2007 from Blake's Trailer Sales in Rapid City, SD. It has sat on the lot for a year. It has had limited hauling since because my good horse crippled himself, and I have just been hauling young horses locally. It is still under warranty at Blake's Trailer Sales. The living quarters has closet space, some cupboards, a dinette, a shower/toilet, a cook top, a microwave, an AC with heat strip, a refrigerator that runs on gas or electric, a bed, a furnace, a hood vent with monitor for water tanks, battery life, an smoke detectorm a carbon monoxide detector, a walk thru door to horse area, laminated flooring, capet under bed in nose, fully insulated and paneled, towel rack, sink, stereo with both inside and outside speakers. The horse area has plenty of tie rings, an escape door, slant gates are all spring loaded, padding on slants, rubber mats on the aluminum floor, rubber mats on walls. There are four drop down windows including one on the escape door, alunimum drop down bars also, sliding bus windows on rump and rear trailer doors. There is a rear collapsible tack with four saddle racks, bridle hooks, four blanket bars. All of the windows and doors lock. There are grey and black water tanks, fresh water tank, pipes are covered underneath, two propane tanks, bulldog spring jack and hitch, battery box that locks with two batteries, descent tires, two tie rings on each side for horses. This is too nice of a trailer to go to waste! I can pull it with a 3/4 ton, so it is not horribly heavy! Price is $35,000-somewhat negotiable may consider partial trade on an older living quarters 4-6 horse!
