It is 2006 Calico stock/combo with a mid tack the mid tack is very large that is actually a cut gate that can be opened and closed the saddle racks are removable so you can actually haul 5-6 horses depending on size it will currently haul 3-4 I have had 4 15-16 hand horses on it. Living quarters has a full shower with storage above it for towels, hot water heater fresh water tank, stove refrigerator, sink, heat, air wired 110 for electric and 12 volt for lights radio has a closet sleeps 3-4 people. there is a door that goes from the front to the mid tack area. Lots of storage space. Also has 20 foot awning
