UPDATED: CLEAN X-RAYS VIDEO AVAILABLE - See new Video Link Below Seamus Dressage Clinic with Rafael Heiliger October 2012. Working on lateral movement. Seamus is a stunning Irish Sporthorse; this is a horse that has shown that he has great stamina and athleticism and is not yet for a weekend or beginner rider but for someone looking for a competition prospect. Seamus has been lightly started over fences and is currently in full time dressage flat work training. Seamus is a big gelding with excellent legs and great bone and conformation. He worked last spring learning to jump basic fences with an eventing trainer and will go back into jumping training again this fall. Seamus is an athletic and very intelligent gelding. Seamus has wonderful ground manners and loves being handled and groomed. Seamus is ideal for someone who RIDES as he does best when ridden consistently and since he has great stamina he can be ridden in a full time program. Seamus has gorgeous conformation with a lovely long neck. His gaits are fantastic including a lovely trot and a big bold canter, making him a serious prospect for dressage as well as eventing. In addition, when we have free jumped him he has shown a lot of natural athleticism and easily jumped the fences put in front of him with excellent form. While this is NOT a beginner horse, he would make an outstanding serious intermediate adult amateur or intermediate youth horse. This is a very sound, healthy and willing horse who will do well in whatever riding genre someone is looking to pursue.
