Excellent Condtition; Super Clean; Awning

This trailer is a 2004 Exiss Sport model with a 10' short wall in the living quarters!! Inside the living quarters there is a fridge/freezer, microwave, tv stand, toilet, shower, two sinks, a two burner stove top, A/C with heat, there is also a propane heater and the couch folds down into a bed a little bigger than a twin, and the top bed in the nose is a queen. The trailer has TONS of storage space, lots of cabinets, a hanging closet, a bathroom closet, more cabinets in the bathroom with a mirror/ medicine cabinet, a mirror hanging on the tall hanging closet and storage in the nose above the bed. The trailer jack is electric and the tires on the trailer including the spare are all new. There is an awning above the living quarters door going down the side. There is also a hay/panel rack on top of the trailer with a ladder. The back is a slant load 3 horse with front drop down windows and sliding windows on the back, the front back and sides of the trailer are rubber padded.
