2002 Sundowner in great condition. 4' shortwall, 7'8" inside height, 7' wide, 4860# empty weight. This trailer has a hydraulic Jack!! Great little living quarters compact enough to run around in but complete enough to live in. This living quarters comes with wood cabinetry, cooktop, 3 cu. ft refrigerator, sink, toilet and an 8' awning. The stall area has a spring loaded ramp for ease of loading, 50/50 rear doors, large 42" wide stalls, rubber matting all the way around, drop down windows on the head side, slider windows on the rump side and an escape door with drop down window in the first stall! The rear tack has a door organizer and a swingout 3 tier saddle rack. (Sorry for the poor outside pictures, it got stuck into a small area on our lot).
