DuneZ is a 19 yr, 16 hh, liver chestnut tb gelding. He's more of a pet than a horse. I've owned him for 7 years and am only his 2nd 'real' owner. This is a wonderful horse and he loves to show and be ridden. He has had a 3 year break from showing/riding and has not offered any problems being put back to work in July. He is very well schooled on the flat and is currently schooling over jumps again by a professional rider. He is ready to go show or to lessons. His walk is nice and his trot is remarkable and easy to sit. His canter is that easy 'rocking horse' type. He is easy to 'soften' and carries his head correctly. (not a peanut pusher) When we came into the arena at the last show we attended, there was a slight 'gasp' from the audience. He REALLY does move that nice. I've had several judges tell me that he's an incredible mover. His jump is even and round. He would also make a wonderful dressage horse. He is easy to keep on the bit and collects and lengthens easily. When I went searching for a new horse years ago DuneZ was the best horse I'd seen/ridden in months of searching ND, MT, SD, MN and Canada. DuneZ has always placed in the top 3 ribbons and has won hunter championships as well. The only reason I'm selling him is because I have health issues and can no longer ride. Instead of him sitting in my pasture, he deserves to go to a another loving owner because he is such a wonderful horse. He has many years of riding and showing left in him and is a nice horse to be around. He would be excellent for a rider taking lessons, a show barn lesson horse, an experienced rider wanting to excell or try new disciplines or a new rider to learn on. He trailers well and I am able to trailer him to the ND borders or deliver him within ND. His clothes and tack will also be for sale to the purchaser. They were bought specifically for him and have not been worn by other horses.
