This is a steel trailer with a rubber roof. The rustic living quarters is 10' by 6' on the floor. It was redone in 2002 and is very clean and cute. There is a curtained off space for a porta potty. All curtains and blinds are included. Lots of cupbaords for storage. A couch that folds to a bed big enough for one adult or two children. And a closet to hang things. Midtack can be opened from both sides. The floor in the horse area is in good condition and has rubber mats. An 18' awning and a hay rack. The wheel bearings were repacked just this year. The tires are in good condition and comes with a spare.
