We would take 10's of thousands less at this point but I'm not comfortable giving an exact number since I have a contract with a realtor. It doesn't hurt to make an offer.
For lease, I would need to cover my mortgage & since my interest rate is really really high it's like $2100. So I would need about 2600 per month to cover my next rent a place for myself & a big deposit for my 9 dogs if its even possible to find a place that would allow them!

We would consider a lease option, depending on the terms (of course).
The biggest hurdle for us is that we would then need to lease a place where we could take our nine dogs (rescues). That is the problem with us leasing our place. I will tell you that we are VERY negotiable on the sale price. I have already moved some of my horses to a new farm in a different county and I'm eager to move the rest of them. We will not be insulted by ANY offer!
