18.5" Hennig Sofa Full Exposed Block Dressage with a Medium Tree
Tree: Fully adjustable Hennig tree is currently set at about a medium. The tree points are angled backwards and the front panels are just slightly cut away from the shoulder for better freedom of the scapula. Has two center billets rather than a point billet and center billet. This can be hard to find on a Hennig and is better for some horses where a point billet pulls the saddle down too hard in front.
Seat: Nice, open 18.5" seat is supportive yet less deep than the typical Hennig. It measures just shy of 18.5" the traditional way from the pommel headnail to the back and center of the seat. The straight seat measurement is 43 cms. It does sit like an 18.5" in our opinion. The twist is moderate-narrow.
Flaps: Pretty average length measuring just over 16 1/4" from the stirrup bar straight down. The flaps are angled ever so slightly forward to allow room for a longer thigh and/or more angled leg position.
