17.5" Schleese Link Monoflap Dressage Saddle
Tree: The adjustable Hennig tree is currently set at about a medium that is generous and tends toward medium-wide. Yes, it really has a Hennig tree. Schleese used to make their saddles on a Hennig-commissioned tree until they developed their own version in 2004. Seat: 17.5" seat has a more open design with a nice-sized flat spot. This saddle can really help riders who feel their pelvis tipped forward and back arched in the typical deep seat Dressage saddle. Flaps: Straight flaps are just slightly short, measuring about 16 1/4" from the stirrup bar down. The standard Schleese flap is more like 17". This saddle comes with a total of 3 sets of different blocks. WOW! It is shown with the short blocks. We still need to take pictures of the other blocks, which are custom sizes. Through Schleese these full custom sculpted blocks would be $400+ per pair. One pair is very low profile and long, the other is a big, full length, anatomically shaped block. These are all interchangeable on this saddle with screws.
