"Bobby" is a 16.3 hh Paint Belgian cross. He has impeccable manners and would make a great gentleman's or ladies horse. He has a wonderful personality and is a barn favorite. Has been in professional training for 3 months last fall and had from Christmas until March off. He went back into training in March and picked right up where we left off. He is very smart and learns quickly and always wants to please. He is showing training level dressage and is showing at 2' 6" and has been schooled at 3'. He rides alone and with others (has been on a 70 horse trail ride and never turned a hair). Will turn out alone or with others and doesn't fret if in barn alone.
He loads, ties, clips (has been body clipped and never moved a muscle) and behaves for the farrier.
We will continue with his training in dressage and he will be introduced to fox hunting this fall.
UPDATE:
5/8/11 Competed in an open show for an equine charity and placed first in Dressage, Intro A and Training Level One scoring a 65% in both classes. He also placed in the 2' Hunter over fences and the 2'6" hunter over fences. He was very well behaved the whole day and got many compliments from other competitors and judges.
