Pawnee is 15.3 hands and his conformation is excellent with a gentle temperament to match. And naturally, he gaits like a dream, or he wouldn't be at our place! If that isn't enough, he is also a double dilute smoky cream in color. This means that he carries two cream genes and can only produce palomino, buckskin and smoky black offspring! Pawnee will never produce a sorrel foal. He will never produce white like himself unless bred to a mare who also has a cream gene. I have always disagreed with folks who breed for color at the expense of quality. This horse is absolutely the best quality of any horse on Earth! He will continue to be one of the breeds finest quality studs for many years to come, producing the best gaited & uniquely colored foals in the world! We are offering him for sale, but hope to arrange it so we can continue using him for a few of our mares each year :) After being kicked hard last year in the leg by a mare, he is still unsound to ride very much and we like to ride all our horses, even the breeding stock so hope to find him a happy new home as a breeding stallion. He is very gentle to handle and is good in a herd, even babysits the foals like a gentleman. We have successfully shipped semen from him around the country multiple times.
